1. Shipping Fees
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $8 applies to orders under $100 within the USA, UK, Canada, and EU.
2. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Carriers Used: FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Aramex (selected based on location and fastest delivery option).
- Special Requests: If you prefer a specific shipping carrier, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 Days Delivery (after handle time)
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery for an additional fee. The cost will be displayed at checkout
4. Handling & Processing Times
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Holiday Season: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak shopping periods. We will keep you updated in case of any delays.
5. Order Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your package has shipped.
- Track your order through the carrier’s website to stay updated on delivery progress.
6. Insurance Coverage
- Orders valued at $500 or more are fully insured at no extra cost.
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.
7. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Domestic Orders (USA Only)
- All applicable sales taxes are included at checkout.
- No additional VAT, customs duties, or import fees are expected upon delivery.
International Orders (UK, Canada, EU, and Other Countries)
- VAT for the UK, Canada, and EU is collected at checkout to streamline delivery and avoid delays.
- However, MyJewelist is not responsible for any additional VAT, customs duties, or handling fees that may be charged by your local customs authorities.
- Import duties and tax policies vary by country. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for exact charges prior to placing an order.
Important Notice on Refused Deliveries
- If customs fees or taxes are refused or unpaid by the customer, the courier may return the package or, in some cases, abandon it.
- If the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs, return fees, and any customs charges incurred during the return process.
- If the package is abandoned and not returned, no refund will be issued.
- We strongly encourage all international customers to review their country's import policies before completing their purchase.
8. Weekend Deliveries
Weekend delivery availability depends on the carrier’s schedule.
